THE 24-MONTH MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME AT A GLANCE Experience Exposure Training Support Network Mentorship Up to 4 rotations in different units, departments or companies Networking sessions with senior leaders and involvement in project assignments Onboarding, leadership, soft skills and functional skills training Regular sharing sessions with your fellow management trainees Mentorship & coaching by senior managers & leaders What Happens After the Completion of the Programme? Prior to your graduation from the programme, the Company will discuss with you on your career interests. Your final placement will be decided based on your individual strengths, career interests and business needs. Who Are We Looking For?
