The Role As a Mainframe Network Support Specialist at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting network connectivity across enterprise mainframe environments. In this role, you ensure network availability, monitor latency, and maintain secure and reliable communication for critical systems
You will support and manage mainframe network protocols, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to implement network changes and upgrades. Your work contributes directly to stable operations, strong security posture, and high‑availability environments supporting mission‑critical business services. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain network availability and latency within mainframe environments
Configure and support mainframe network protocols, including VTAM, across z/OS, Tandem, and Unisys platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement network changes, upgrades, and improvements
