You are responsible for monitoring CICS transactional environments, resolving performance or availability issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain stable operations. Your work directly contributes to service reliability and operational continuity at Kyndryl. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support CICS transactional applications to ensure performance, availability, and reliability
Analyze and resolve issues impacting transaction response time and system stability. Utilize mainframe tools to perform daily operational support and monitoring activities. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to maintain and improve mainframe operations
