As a Maconomy Support Analyst, you'll forge Strong functional understanding of Deltek Maconomy Financials . Hands‑on exposure to one or more of the following Maconomy modules: Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR) , General Ledger (GL) .Fixed Assets (FA) ,Human Resources / Employees , Sales Orders ,Timesheets & Expenses , Contract Management & Subscriptions , Reporting & Banking
Provide L2/L3 technical support for Deltek Maconomy ERP. Diagnose and resolve application, batch, interface, and data integrity issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent remediation
Operate within ServiceNow ITSM processes for incidents and requests. Ensure adherence to SLAs and XLAs aligned to WPP Goverance. Ability to assess issue severity and determine appropriate escalation paths.Experience owning incidents end‑to‑end until resolution
Ability to validate transactional data related to AP, AR, GL, and projects. Familiarity with Maconomy reporting outputs and reconciliation activities .
