Position snapshot Nestlé Head Office, Athens, Greece Reporting to: Warehouse Coordinator Contract: Permanent position Job Grade: J/I A day in the life… Responsible for data and analytics optimization across Physical Logistics, warehousing, and distribution by: Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance across warehousing and distribution Analyzing logistics data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for service, cost, and inventory optimization Supporting daily logistics operations by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and providing timely insights to ensure smooth execution Collaborating with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to improve operations through accurate data, reporting, and analysis Translating business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Driving data quality, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes and tools Contributing to cross-functional projects, including digital transformation and sustainability initiatives What makes you successful Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field Master’s degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field
