What role you will play in our team The LMS & Analytics Advisor serves as a strategic consultant managing LMS configuration, learning sustainment, and analytics to align role-based training with business needs. They partner with stakeholders to optimize learning structures, assignments, dashboards, and insights that drive adoption, compliance, and performance. What you will do Translate learning programs into effective LMS modules, curricula, and assignment structures

Ensure learning content is sustained, current, reinforced, and aligned with performance expectations. Manage role‑based learning assignments, sequencing, and timing across onboarding, progression, and compliance. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor learning delivery, progress, and effectiveness

Analyze learning and performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Establish and promote LMS standards, processes, and best practices for consistency and scalability. Partner with trainers and business stakeholders to turn insights into actionable learning improvements
