A day in the life… Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving optimal performance and promoting continuous improvement to ensure your production lines operate smoothly and successfully. Key responsibilities of the role include: Lead, coach and manage the team to excel in achieving line standards associated with production runs and the standard conditions & routines associated with Safety & the 4M's (Man, Machine, Method, Material) Ensure continuous line Controls & immediate corrective action (initiating problem solving as applicable). Achieve a "zero injury, defect, waste" mindset & promote behaviours that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment & Quality
Promote and manage risk awareness by engaging and coaching the teams. Lead implementation of SHE & QA objectives, practices and procedures. Ensure compliance to Nestle and external requirements
Ensure maintenance reliability of installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration. Contribute to the smooth operation of factory through effective employee and industrial relations management. Excel in systems & administration e
