</p><p> </p><p>We are currently looking for a Line Coordinator in Neuchatel, Switzerland.</p><p> In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the assigned production lines or machines, during the shift, respecting and applying operational standards in order to achieve the business goals.</p><p> </p><p>You will coordinate and lead autonomous/self-sufficient production shift team with the aim of creating the right environment in which each individual is willing to do the best achieving and improving the key performance indicators, following the IOS standards.</p><p> </p><p> More specifically, you will:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability and quality.</li><li>Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fos
