DBT-PTSD Specialists of Minnesota, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor / Lead DBT Therapist to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. As a Clinical Supervisor / Lead DBT Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population
You will provide individual therapy, facilitate DBT skills groups, provide phone coaching, supervise LGSW clinicians providing DBT, and participate in consultation team meetings. This position is based onsite in our office located in Plymouth, MN. Ideal candidates will have formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and experience delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals with complex emotional and behavioral needs
