This team has a broad coverage, leading business strategy, goal mgmt., operational improvements, and key strategic initiatives for the entire global gaming business, including dev studios, publishing units and central platform. The successful candidate shall have exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting and challenging position for a motivated candidate who is passionate about the gaming industry and enjoys working with professionals from diverse backgrounds. Key responsibilities: Business Strategy & Goal Management: Frame long-term business strategy and annual business plan, break down business plan to concrete business goals, and work with cross-function teams to set and track goal completion Business Review & Operational Improvement: Conduct monthly review and analysis of financial and business performance, identify problem areas, and drive initiatives to improve business operations Strategic initiatives: Support CEO’s key priorities and other strategic projects Market analysis: Stay up-to date on industry trends and market insights to inform strategic decision-making Strategy communications: Develop written speech or presentation for CEO or senior leaders from management board 岗位要求 Structured-thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills are critical to success in this positio
