As the firm continues to expand its footprint in private markets this team plays a critical role in navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving global investment landscape. YOUR IMPACT We are seeking a dynamic legal professional to join our growing team in a role that offers unparalleled exposure to a diverse range of investment vehicles. You will be responsible for the legal management of a broad portfolio, encompassing both close-ended and open-ended structures

This position sits at the intersection of product design and implementation, and regulatory excellence, requiring a sophisticated understanding of both regulated and un-regulated fund environments across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities Strategic Legal Oversight: Manage the end-to-end legal lifecycle of diverse fund structures, ensuring seamless execution across all alternative asset classes. Fund Formation & Raising: Lead legal work related to fund formation, asset raising, and complex transactional matters for vehicles across all alternative asset classes

Advisory Excellence: Provide ongoing support on a wide range of advisory and asset management issues, managing regulatory and reputational risk with critical thinking and analytical rigor. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between investment teams, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to drive the successful launch and scaling of new products. Qualifications Experience: At least 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in alternative asset management or funds law
