Services include advising employees and managers on all (LOA) policies and processes (i.e. FMLA, Military, Jury, Bereavement, Bonding Leave, Disability, Workers Compensation, etc.), coordinating benefits, supporting Human Resources, payroll/HRIS updates, employee and manager communications, and case tracking.</p><p> </p><p>Your Day to Day:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Ensure accurate full cycle administration of the company's disability and time off programs by interpreting leave policies, coordinating with workers' compensation and ADA where applicable, and liaising with employees, managers, and vendor contacts.</li><li>Drive successful resolution of leave cases by monitoring claims and facilitating employee transition from short-term to long-term disability, and coordinating return-to-work activities
