THE ROLE: This role will analyze, design, develop, implement, facilitate, and evaluate training programs/modules to meet the needs of AMD leaders across APJ. They will drive growth of leaders at AMD by creating development opportunities appropriate to employees across APJ, and in-person at the Penang, Malaysia AMD location. THE PERSON : We are looking for a self-starter and team player who can adapt quickly as priorities change

They thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate courses for individual contributors and people managers on a variety of interpersonal skills topics on development for leaders at all levels. Designs, develops, and delivers outcomes-based leadership development curriculum aligned to AMD’s values and leadership competencies

Partners closely with a wide variety of key stakeholders to ensure alignment to business objectives, inclusive of sponsorship and support for global learning solutions. Uses instructional design strategies and frameworks, conduct needs analyses, assess requirements, and recommend appropriate learning strategies. Provides training consultation regarding effective delivery options: formal and/or informal learning
