THE ROLE: As a Silicon Failure Analysis & Customer Debug Lead , you'll leads the customer RMA debug team. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to rapidly diagnose, root-cause, and resolve customer-returned (RMA) failures. The team uses ATE and SLT test platforms, failure analysis, debug infrastructure, and data-driven insights to identify silicon, test, package, and system-level issues affecting product quality in high-volume manufacturing and customer environments
The team develops and deploys debug methodologies, analytics, and diagnostic tools to isolate failure mechanisms, correlate findings across lab, manufacturing, and customer platforms, and verify alignment with product specifications. It also drives containment, corrective actions, and feedback into design, test, and manufacturing to prevent recurrence and improve overall product quality. This role serves as a key liaison with internal teams—including design, product engineering, test engineering, quality, and manufacturing—and with external customers to communicate status, drive resolution, and shape product and process improvements based on field-return learnings
