Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to drive customer engagement and technical enablement for our high-speed SerDes solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with engineering, product management, sales, and customers to support the successful adoption and optimization of next-generation high-speed interfaces across AI, networking, communications, and high-performance computing platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong SerDes and system-level expertise with excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities Serve as a technical expert for high-speed SerDes technologies and system-level interface performance. Support customer engagements, design reviews, technical presentations, and system optimization discussions. Develop technical collateral including presentations, application notes, whitepapers, and training material

Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities. Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and customers. Support benchmarking, channel analysis, SI evaluation, and performance validation activities
