Responsibilities Manage the process for screening transactions for restricted end-uses, end-users, and end-destinations, and resolve whether export license is required under applicable export laws for all cross-border transactions. Support the implementation of screening the Watchlist/Sanctioned Parrty List (SPL) platform by conducting due diligence, identifying and resolving potential red flags. Manage processes for resolving licenses and help prepare and submit any required export licenses or authorizations

Manage the process for the sale of used semiconductor manufacturing equipment (“SME”) to ensure compliance with applicable restrictions related to SME under the EAR 744.23(a)(4) Lead global trade compliance projects, driving standardization, process improvement, and scalability across regions. Manage the export filing (AES) for applicable shipments and ensure the data is accurate and the records are maintained. Partner with IT and business collaborators to deliver enterprise processes/system integration and automation

Support program governance, timelines, milestones, risks, and success metrics; communicate status to collaborators and leadership. Support and manage integration of export compliance processes with enterprise systems, including OCR, SAP, CRM, Dynamics, Model N and other ERP platforms.
