The Role As a System Mainframe Support Squad Lead at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing z/OS and z/VM systems in enterprise mainframe environments. In this role, you ensure system availability, stability, and operational excellence while providing technical leadership within the support squad
You will oversee day‑to‑day mainframe support activities, proactively monitor system performance, and guide the team in resolving complex technical issues. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you help ensure reliable service delivery and the application of best practices across mission‑critical mainframe platforms.
