We are looking for an individual who has an interest in supply chain management to begin their career journey in the procurement sector of the consumer electronics industry. • Job position : Junior Buyer (m/w/d) • Office location : Eschborn (Frankfurt), Germany Role and Responsibilities Prepare and issue RFQ & PO to suppliers in accordance with departmental and company operating procedures & policy Review supplier’s quotation and make Sales Offer for internal customers (HQ procurement team) Maintain and update purchasing data (eg. invoice/billing/master) on system with accuracy Maintain and develop robust relationships with external suppliers/forwarders, ensuring that they meet our requirements in all procurement aspects Responsible for the day to day running of procurement activities (delivery/quality/price, etc.) Represent internal customers in negotiating price as well as purchasing contract with suppliers Support seamless customs clearance processes by preparing required documents in advance (eg

Invoice/BL/COO/FTA) Pre-emptively manage supply risk by establishing alternative logistics routes and countermeasures in collaboration with suppliers/forwarders Effectively monitor and manage SCM related KPIs, such as on-time delivery, RTP, and RFQ Chase and resolve overdue AR collections by investigating root causes and customer payment plans in collaboration with Finance team Troubleshoot supply issues by on-site supplier visits, un-/accompanied by HQ counterparts Research and gather intelligence on the
