Description Join a team that is leading enterprise-level operations supporting customers utilizing cloud infrastructure and services. AWS Joint Operations is looking for a high judgement, experienced technical product manager to lead operational planning and implementation efforts in support of a national security organization. The Joint Operations Lead will leverage expertise across multiple disciplines gained from supporting national security organizations at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels to engage with customer executives and operations teams

This position will also integrate AWS plans and in-flight efforts across multiple teams (e.g., sales, operations, and security) to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience by resolving customer pain points and streamlining operations. AWS is delivering essential cloud infrastructure and services to customers supporting national security missions globally. Joint Operations is transforming how cloud solution providers partner with customers that must provide enterprise-level capabilities

Our team must look over the horizon to identify long-term customer needs and work with AWS teams to build plans to deliver capabilities and solutions to meet those needs. We establish and maintain close working relationships with our customers' enterprise operations teams to ensure cloud infrastructure and services are always available. An ideal expert has a wide array of skills that can be combined and applied to solve complex problems in innovative and scrappy ways

Experience in IT program management, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, and IT operations are key components for this position. You will join a high performance, close knit team that has a reputation for tackling and solving complex problems by delivering transformational solutions. This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance
