Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. 職務概要 マイクロン広島工場における社内外の各種イベントの企画・運営・実行、来客対応、施設関連サポートを担うポジションです。業務を自立して進め、関係部門と協力しながら高い品質で運営を支えます。英語を用いたメール・会議対応が発生し、デザインスキルがあれば歓迎されます。 主な職務内容 イベント関連 - 社内イベント・全社イベントの企画立案、スケジュール管理 - 出展・会場設営・運営・当日進行のリード - ベンダー調整、資料作成、案内文書作成 - Photoshop、Illustrator、PowerPoint、Premiere Proで、ポスター、案内資料、イベント関連デザインを作成し、写真撮影や動画の制作・編集（あれば尚可） 来客対応 - 国内外からの来訪者のアテンド、応接手配 - 見学ツアーの企画・案内 - 入構手続き、調整業務 必須要件 - イベントの企画・運営経験（企業/学校/団体など規模問わず） - 最小限の指示・監督で自立して業務を進められること - 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整力 - ビジネスレベルの日本語 - 英語での基礎的な読み書き・コミュニケーション 歓迎要件 - 英語での会議参加・説明がスムーズにできるレベル - デザインツール（Photoshop、Illustrator、PowerPoint）の使用経験 - プロジェクトマネジメント経験 求める人物像 - イベント運営が好きで、細かい段取りをポジティブに組める方 - マルチタスクで整理して進められる方 - 周囲と自然にコミュニケーションを取り、チームワークを大切にできる方 - 変化に柔軟で、改善提案ができる方 Job Summary This position is responsible for planning, operating, and executing various internal and external events at the Micron Higashi-Hiroshima site, as well as handling visitor support and facility-related coordination

The role requires independently driving tasks and collaborating with relevant departments to deliver high-quality operations. Email and meeting communication in English will be required, and design skills are a welcomed plus. Key Responsibilities Event Management - Planning and scheduling a wide range of events, including small- and large-scale internal events, as well as external events

- Leading booth/exhibit preparation, venue setup, event operations, and day-of execution - Coordinating with vendors, preparing materials, and creating announcement documents - Creating posters, informational materials, event-related designs, and performing photo shooting and video creation/editing using Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, or Premiere Pro (a plus if available
