So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.</p><p> </p><p>We are looking for <strong>IT Technical Lead </strong>to be placed in <strong>Surabaya/</strong><strong>Jakarta.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Your ‘day to day’</strong></p><p> </p><ul style="list-style-type: none;"><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Leading technical discussions within the Product Team and be the “go-to” person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Translating business requirements into low-level technical designs</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Together with the Product Team, actively contributing to the Refinement, Planning, Review and Retrospective ceremonies</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">You will work with <span title="Good Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">Agile Processes</span> that are adapted to the team’s and project’s needs</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Establishing a strong engineering culture within the Product Team and Frontend Chapter, with focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Understanding, implementing and measuring key Business and <span title="Good Skill" data-toggle="tooltip">Engineering metrics</span> around performance, quality and availability, and work regularly with the team to push the boundaries and improve them periodically</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;"><div>Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance business processes, automation, and user experience
