Diagnose and resolve database errors ensuring high availability of database systems. Manage databases access, backups and ensure compliance with database and security standards. Perform changes to critical databases related to manufacturing and engineering

Support incident, request, change, and problem management tasks associated with database operations. Ensure SLA for incidents and service requests are met with high quality of work. Provide oncall support, including outside of office hours

Ensure critical metrics, such as breach case target, MTTR and first level resolution target are met. Perform business continuity planning and capacity forecast for database systems Collaborate with site customers on new database requirements, problem resolution and data flow requests. Performance tuning of databases to ensure high performance and availability

Monitor database performance proactively and perform analysis of cases to prevent recurring issues. Review and enhance database monitoring when required. Develop processes and operation procedures related to database operations

Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards. Engineer solutions and automations to improve productivity and efficiency of database operations and reliability and availability of the database systems. Recommend and implement emerging database technologies
