Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division is seeking an Associate to join our EMEA Emerging Markets Coverage team, with a primary focus on Poland / Central Europe. About The Team: Morgan Stanley's EMEA Emerging Markets Coverage Team devises and executes innovative, customised solutions to our clients’ most challenging issues. The Group excels in domestic and international / cross-border transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, recapitalisations, spin-offs, exchange offers, equity & debt capital market transactions, leveraged buyouts and takeover defences as well as shareholder relations. What you’ll do in the role: Associates work on assignments which include various types of different transactions (M&A, capital markets) and business development projects
Associates will play an important role on teams that include senior professionals who will encourage you to go beyond the numbers and think creatively. Responsibilities will include: * Helping to manage / support in the execution of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, M&A, strategic advisory). * Creating and analysing financial models with a high degree of granularity
* Gathering market data to analyse trends and help value companies and transactions. * Creating, drafting, and taking ownership of presentations and memoranda for a wider audience both internally within the firm as well as externally. * Contributing to team discussions and client meetings
