Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division is seeking a junior Vice President to join our EMEA Emerging Markets Coverage team in London, with a primary focus on CEE. About The Team: Morgan Stanley's Emerging Markets Coverage Team devises and executes innovative, customised solutions to our clients’ most challenging issues. The Group excels in domestic and international / cross-border transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, recapitalisations, spin-offs, exchange offers, equity & debt capital market transactions, leveraged buyouts and takeover defences as well as shareholder relations. What you’ll do in the role: The Vice President will primarily focus on driving, leading and executing prominent transactions; ensuring cooperation among key stakeholders within the Firm to deliver highest quality of service to the Firm’s clients

As a Vice President, there will also be business development assignments involving interacting directly with senior-level financial and strategic decision-makers at our corporate and international clients. Responsibilities will include: * Creating and analysing financial models with a high degree of granularity * Performing financial, strategic and transaction structuring analyses * Creating, drafting and taking ownership of presentations and memoranda for a wider audience both internally within the firm as well as externally * Day-to-day deal execution and project management * Supporting the senior bankers in marketing the firm’s services * Regular interaction with senior team members and cli
