YOUR ENVIRONMENT As a Studio Assistant, you will discover the various aspects of the Studio within a Fashion House. Core Responsibilities Photo tasks Downloading, watermarking, archiving, printing photos from fittings Occasional photo editing (Adobe Photoshop) Helping teams find specific photos for reference/photoshops Integrating photos to debrief/relecture notes Create digital versions of boards & lineups (InDesign) Numbering + cropping looks photos Cataloguing physical photos Printing + digital archiving of inspiration images Archiving + printing images of design teams’ boards (pre+post meetings with AD) Creating + Printing “Image Recap” from meetings Creation of collection booklets (digital + boundcopy) : Internal looks photos (lineup + details) Runway photos Commercial panorama VIC panorama Studio tasks Ensure cabines are tidy (garments are properly hung, laundry collected, staple garments are readily available) Tidy Runway work spaces (re-arrange accessories, ensure teams have collected affairs before leaving meetings) Ensure adequate supplies for meetings (if not, liaise with facilities team to replenish) Meet & accompany models from reception to studio meetings Cataloguing/keeping track of AD vintages with design teams Profile Required Skills and Attributes Necessary Skills Adobe InDesign, Adob
