Statistical Process Control (SPC) Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) Machine/Recipe parameter control (EMC/RMS) Establish and improve process deviation detectability. Develop engineering solutions for defense line reinforcement. Function implements and system monitoring at HVM product
IOT evaluation and validation. Educational Background / Major: Science and Engineering related - Electrical Engineering - Electronic Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Materials Science, and Chemical Engineering. Core Knowledge: - Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, - Basic experimental design, data analysis experience
