This role is the operational backbone of our security services, focused on delivering high-quality technical support and keeping SpaceX’s security infrastructure running smoothly
You will primarily manage the security ticket queue, troubleshoot issues for employees and systems, and handle day-to-day operational tasks that support our security tools and services. You will be encouraged to automate repetitive tasks, improve processes, and gradually take on more complex security engineering work. </p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto"> Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue, providing timely and effective technical support to SpaceX employees and stakeholders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":0}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"> Perform operational tasks required to keep security platforms and services reliable and available.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":0}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"> Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline common technical support and operational processes.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Document procedures, run books, and troubleshoo
