This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. POSITION SUMMARY – Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and HVAC utility equipment/systems. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: Pay rate: $32.08/hr - $48.67/hr, plus shift differential
Base Pay dependent on experience/certifications Schedule: Wednesday-Friday. 5:30pm-6am. Read gauges and instruments and adjust mechanisms to control level of fluid, pressure and temperature in system. Maintain proper functioning of refrigeration systems, steam generation, compressed air, hot water, treated water, glycol and other systems. Use knowledge of water chemistry to maintain and service equipment
Maintain monitoring of utilities used by the building.
