We partner closely with all functions across IED, Finance, Risk, Technology, Operations, and others across the Firm to meet our business strategy and adhere to the Firm’s governance and standards. The role is designed for a high‑caliber individual who can independently own workstreams, manage senior stakeholders, and exercise sound judgment on escalation — while operating under the direction of officers in the team. What you’ll do in the role: 1\

Strategy & Senior Management Enablement a. Own the end‑to‑end preparation of Asia IED strategy materials and management submissions b. Coordinate inputs from multiple senior stakeholders across Asia, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and leadership‑ready output c

Serve as a central coordination point across IED, Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Corporate Services. Escalate issues with clear context, options, and recommendations. 2\

Cost management a. Expense management to ensure alignment with organizational priorities b. Design and maintain trading cost structure across the region to support client profitability review and sales pitching c

Generate cost efficiency 3\. Analysis, reporting & executive support a. Owner of key performance metrics (i.e., market share, ranking) b
