Key Responsibilities : Space Planning & Cross‑functional Coordination : Plan office seating layouts, zoning, and traffic flow, and coordinate with departments to align seating and space needs

Workplace Experience Support : Design office spaces that enhance collaboration, interaction, and overall employee experience, including meeting rooms and shared areas. Office Expansion & Renovation Project Management : Lead office expansion, renovation, and relocation initiatives, including planning, coordination, resource alignment, and onsite execution to ensure seamless delivery. Long‑term Space Strategy : Work with PMO team to analyze organizational growth and seating forecasts to develop flexible and cost‑efficient long‑term space strategies

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with leadership, Facility, SMAI, and other key partners to ensure space plans align with company strategies. Continuous Improvement : Review and improve workflows, processes, and space‑usage efficiency, and introduce digital or intelligent tools to enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation. Requirements : Strong project coordination and execution skills : Able to manage multiple office expansion or renovation tasks, keep things on schedule, and make sure everyone stays aligned

Comfortable using digital or smart tools : Willing to learn and use tools like space‑usage dashboards, seating systems, or simple automation solutions to improve efficiency. Strong communication and teamwork : Able to work well with different departments and communicate clearly when gathering needs or pushing projects forward. Good analytical and problem‑solving mindset : Can look at seating data, space usage, or futu
