HVM PEE Bench（Clean、Coat、Repair、Refurb）テクニシャンとして、スペアパーツの内製修理を推進するチームの一員として業務を担当します。本ポジションは、F15 Micronの戦略的なJapan Business Ecosystemの目的・目標達成に向け、各拠点のBenchチームおよび関連ビジネスパートナーと連携しながら業務を遂行します。 役割と責務 PCBの故障解析を行う 電装品の故障解析を行う はんだ作業を行い、簡単なリレー交換などの修理を実施する エアシリンダーなどの空圧機器について、故障解析、分解清掃および再組立てを行う 故障箇所および解析結果をエンジニアへ報告する データ整理、手順書作成などを通じてエンジニアの業務をサポートする 募集要件（すべての条件を満たす必要はありません） 保全業務の経験を 3年以上 有していること 装置構造、一般産業機器、部品、材料に関する 基礎的な工学知識 を有していること 学習意欲が高く、成長および自己開発に前向きであること 問題解決力および分析力を有していること 納期を意識し、粘り強く業務に取り組めること チームメンバーと協働できる 良好なコミュニケーション能力 を有していること 必須条件： 高校卒業以上 Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）などの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できること 日本語での業務遂行が可能であること（Japanese language skills required） About Micron Technology, Inc
