This role drives Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes by executing core HR processes and coaching leaders on day-to-day people matters. Key focus areas include workforce planning and staffing for 24/7 operations, employee relations, attendance and leave administration, policy interpretation, corrective action, skills development, and engagement. The Human Resources Manager analyzes people data to identify trends, mitigates risk, and implements practical solutions that improve retention, productivity, and compliance
