Position Summary Support daily HR operations, employee relations, documentation, and employee-related processes while ensuring timely follow-up and confidentiality A DAY IN THE LIFE … Support the HR team in handling employee relations matters and daily employee requests. Assist in following up on employee cases, concerns, and required actions. Support the disciplinary process by preparing and organizing warning letters, investigation documents, and related records

Assist in documenting violations, attendance issues, and employee misconduct cases. Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and official documentation. Prepare HR letters, forms, acknowledgments, and employee-related documents

Support onboarding and offboarding documentation when needed. Coordinate with employees and line managers to collect required documents and approvals. Assist in tracking pending HR actions and ensuring timely follow-up

Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR cases. Support HR operations and any additional tasks assigned by the HR team. What Will Make You Successful… Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Fresh graduate. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Excellent command of Arabic and English
