This pivotal role is responsible for setting the tone upon arrival, thoughtfully guiding clients, and ensuring a seamless and memorable journey that reflects Dior's unparalleled commitment to luxury and service

Job responsibilities Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate and positive first impression that embodies the Dior spirit. Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the client's visit, directing inquiries and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency. Introduce clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and effortless experience

Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach. Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing suggested recommendations and insightful assistance. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including our exclusive spa offerings

Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems. Manage boutique traffic with discretion and maintain an orderly and inviting atmosphere. Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives
