Our team works at the groundbreaking edge of memory innovation at the NYCreates site in Albany, partnering across global teams and suppliers to enable Micron’s technical roadmap. In this role, you will lead the installation, optimization, and maintenance of High NA EUV Track equipment to ensure flawless process integration. Responsibilities Lead equipment hardware projects and installations, partnering with suppliers and facilities to meet future process requirements
Develop and optimize advanced photolithography track recipes to meet performance, defect, and cost targets for new memory parts. Identify and resolve equipment-related issues by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodologies. Design preventative maintenance schedules and programs to increase equipment uptime and reliability
Evaluate and qualify new photo film materials and equipment configurations to support technology scaling. Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima while protecting Micron’s intellectual property. Mentor junior engineers on equipment operations to contribute to the advancement of departmental goals
Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 4 years of experience in photolithography track equipment development and maintenance. Demonstrated expertise with High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systems
