<p>As a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be reporting to the Country Hub leader as well as to Global Functional Solutions leader of FP&A handling</p><h3 id="yourrole"><strong>Your Role:</strong></h3><p> </p><ul><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Relationship Management:</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Strategic:</strong></p><ul><li>Present service scope/offerings, demonstrate capabilities & competencies to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare & present business cases on role transitions, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless Go-Live in delivery hubs.</li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Tactical:</strong></p><ul><li>Engage regularly with internal stakeholders to understand expectations and derive action plans.</li><li>Communicate action plans to the team and ensure "Obsessed with stakeholders" behavior.</li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Operational:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage L2 escalations and executive escalations, resolving issues within a reasonable timeframe.</li><li>Roll out NPS surveys, gather feedback, devise improvement plans, and execute through managers.</li></ul></li><li><p><strong>People Management:</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Strategic:</strong></p><ul><li>Visualize the north star for the FP&A delivery team aligned with overall FP&A global vision.</li><li>Design a robust, sustainable organization chart to serve the journey towards the north star.</li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Tactical & Operational:</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit, orient, train, and scale up FP&A team managers and leaders.</li><li>Lead by example to engage, influence, and inspire the FP&A team.</li><li>Foster a learning culture, lead training requirements, and represent the function in Hub Leadership meetings.</li><li>Contribute to the employee lifecycle through career planning, growth assignments, and upskilling.</li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Process Management:</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Knowledge Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, monitor, and review mechanisms for knowledge rete
