So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom dream up and deliver, better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.</p><p>As part of this bold vision, we’re seeking a <strong>Head of Communications</strong> to join our team in Taiwan.</p><p>This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping our corporate narrative, driving stakeholder engagement, and leading communication strategies that support our transformation and regulatory objectives.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Lead the development and execution of market communication strategies to enhance corporate equity and drive societal acceptance of PMI’s vision.</li><li>Oversee digital campaigns and manage omni-channel digital platforms to engage stakeholders and share corporate content.</li><li>Develop and implement local corporate equity strategies, identifying key focus areas such as sustainability, exports, and regulatory topics.</li><li>Design and execute regulatory communications to support policy objectives, including media relations and grassroots advocacy.</li><li>Build and manage strategic relationships with local media, reporters, editors, and specialized journals to maximize positive coverage.</li><li>Coordinate local sustainability reporting initiatives and monitor regulatory developments, proactively managing risks and opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external partners to promote PMI’s sustainability efforts and assess the impact of regulations.</li><li>Lead and develop the communications team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure all communications and government rela
