Strategic Leadership: · Develop and execute the insights and analytics strategy aligned with JP/KR Kenvue’s business objectives and strategic priorities. · Lead a high-performing team of analysts and insights professionals to deliver actionable insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, consumer, HCP and customer engagement initiatives. 2
Consumer Insights: · Drive consumer research initiatives to gather social, qualitative and quantitative insights about customer preferences, behaviors, and trends. · Identify key consumer segments and create strategies to engage them effectively with projects from fundamental category & consumer understanding, brand health tracking, execution optimization and competitive intelligence. 3
Data Analytics: · Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources to inform business
