About this role

Company : Ensure that the branch meets all our customers’ needs in accordance with the after sales CSI targets. Responsible for the after sales performance of the branch in terms of profitability, productivity, efficiency and utilization. Manages the after sales team to meet customers' requirements and delights customers through their experience with us

Ensure compliance with the principal requirement standards and other statutory requirements. Ensure adherence to all employment procedures in line with existing legislation and company policy.
