During the placement, participants will gain hands on exposure to a variety of business areas which may include workshop operations, parts and logistics, safety procedures and customer service functions

Students will observe experienced professionals, assist with basic supervised tasks and develop a greater understanding of how a leading Caterpillar equipment dealer operates on a day to day basis. The program is designed to provide meaningful insight into real workplace practices while encouraging curiosity and professional growth. Participants should demonstrate good communication skills, reliability and respect for team environments.
