Our focus is on developing reference platforms based on Qualcomm's Snapdragon SoC, delivering a comprehensive solution that includes hardware, software, reference designs, user guides, SDKs, and more. Overview We are seeking a Staff or Sr. Staff Hardware Validation Engineer (individual contributor) responsible for board and system bring-up, functional validation, and root-cause debug from EVT through production

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that drives functional readiness of server platforms. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end validation strategy and work closely with hardware design, firmware, BIOS/BMC, SI/PI, thermal, and software teams. Key Responsibilities * Lead board and system bring‑up from the first power‑on to full functional enablement

* Own functional validation plans for server platforms through EVT and DVT. * Validate: -Power rails, sequencing, margining, and VR controls -Reset and clock behavior -Boot flows (BIOS, BMC, firmware) -PCIe enumeration, link training, and stability -DDR bring‑up and training (with firmware teams) -Management interfaces (I2C/I3C, SPI, MDIO, GPIO) * Perform deep hands‑on debug across HW/FW/SW domains. * Drive root‑cause analysis and validation of fixes

* Develop or maintain automation tools/scripts (Python, Shell, TCL). * Support DVT/PVT, factory bring‑up, board re‑spins, and field issues. * Generate validation reports, bring‑up guides, and debug documentation
