Job Description The Group Product Manager role sits within Visa Direct’s Currencycloud product and is responsible for leading a tribe (a distinct product area consisting of a group of teams) that builds the infrastructure powering how money moves globally. You’ll help businesses send, receive and manage funds across borders quickly, cheaply, and with full transparency and control

Money movement sits at the heart of how businesses and consumers operate, so the work your tribe does has real, measurable impact. You’ll own the tribe’s product strategy and direction, working across multiple teams and product areas to ensure you are solving the most important problems for customers and the business. You’ll turn company and platform strategy into a clear set of bets, roadmaps and outcomes for your tribe, and create the context and alignment for teams to execute effectively

You’ll directly line manage Product Managers, giving fast feedback, helping them grow, and building a high-performing product team. You’ll work closely with engineering, commercial, operations, marketing and other leaders to shape priorities, manage trade-offs, and ensure the tribe is set up to succeed. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep market and customer understanding, and strong leadership
