Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control. Lead local and global projects aimed at optimizing MES system setup. As the application owner, provide training, feedback, and solutions for fixing issues to the team

Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades. Maintain the integrity of the business process during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met withing defined Turn Around Time (TAT) for a priority.
