Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of&nbsp;enabling human life on Mars.</p></div><p><strong>GLOBAL IMMIGRATION &amp; COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST</strong></p> <p>The Global Immigration &amp; Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in all aspects of international employment compliance, immigration (domestic and international), and employee mobility across the company’s multiple international entities. This role ensures all legal, tax, and employment regulations are met while supporting seamless movement of employee talent.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <p>Global Mobility &amp; Immigration</p> <ul> <li>Manage visa applications and immigration documentation needed for sponsoring employees to work in the U.S., India, Brazil, Singapore, and Ireland and other international locations as needed.</li> <li>Advise HR leadership on emerging international immigration laws and risk areas on an ongoing basis.</li> <li>Partner with legal to create, implement, and update global HR, mobility policies and international handbooks.</li> <li>Partner with global mobility vendor to manage mobility cases, including short-term assignments, long-term transfers, and remote work.</li> <li>Track and report on global mobility and immigration data (visa status, work authorization, travel days, etc.).</li> </ul> <p>Compliance &amp; Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Partner with external immigration counsel and PEOs to ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax registrations, and statutory reporting requirements in all jurisdictions.</li> <li>Conduct HR compliance audits in partnership with local counsel in each jurisdiction.</li> <li>Liaise with Finance/Tax and Legal to maintain compliant employment structures, contractor relationships, and payroll req
