Description As a Global Facilities Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with all the major functional organizations within Global Facilities, & with the world-wide site Facilities, FE Strategic Program (FE PMO) team and other major corporate organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion

These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network. Lead and orchestrate cross‑functional program and portfolio execution by partnering with Global and Site Facilities, PMO, IT, system owners, and developers to design, standardize, and deploy global reports, enterprise programs, and scalable business processes for a geographically distributed, multicultural organization. Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks across projects, programs, and portfolios, including prioritization, intake, roadmap planning, dependency management, and change control—while continuously re‑aligning execution priorities to evolving business needs and strategic direction

Define, implement, and sustain enterprise performance management practices by partnering with metrics owners and systems teams to design, publish, and govern routine and ad‑hoc dashboards and reports that enable leadership visibility, data‑driven decision‑making, and portfolio health monitoring.
