We are looking for a highly motivated Document Controller to join our team and ensure effective management of project documentation for large-scale semiconductor projects

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing document control guidelines and procedures, while providing leadership and support to project teams to ensure successful execution and compliance. Document Control & Compliance Manage company documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity; support compliance with record retention policies, safeguard information, and enable efficient data retrieval. Archive inactive records securely and systematically

Ensure document management processes meet company procedures and audit requirements. Establish and monitor records retention schedules in alignment with company policies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and oversee secure destruction and disposal processes

Document Management Systems Administer document management systems and related software platforms, ensuring functionality and promptly coordinating with IT or relevant teams to resolve issues.
