As a Global AT Operational Excellence (AT OE) Cycle Time Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will support networkwide cycle time performance improvement initiatives across Backend Manufacturing
This role is applicable for fresh graduates who are passionate about data analytics, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with experienced engineers, manufacturing sites, and cross functional partners to learn cycle time management concepts, analyze operational data, and support improvement projects. This role provides strong exposure to Micron’s network manufacturing environment and offers a structured pathway to grow into a subject matter expert in cycle time and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of cycle time metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable performance visibility and decision-making. Assist in data collection, validation, and basic analysis to identify cycle time gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities across backend manufacturing sites. Participate in cycle time improvement projects by supporting root cause analysis, documentation, and action tracking under guidance from senior engineers/managers
Learn and apply standard cycle time methodologies, metric definitions, and best-known methods (BKM) used across the network. Support preparation of materials for regular cycle time performance reviews and working meetings with site and central teams. Collaborate with cross f
