Compensation Hourly Base Rate: $24.62 - $32.02 / hour Key Responsibilities: Perform disassembly, assembly, and testing of generator components

Use resistive load bank equipment for generator testing and repairs. Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance on power generation assemblies. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing minor repair on gensets

Be flexible to work overtime as needed and respond to after-hours calls. Operation of various types of forklifts, come-a-longs, and overhead cranes and hoists. Travel for training and support at other locations as required

Physical & Working Requirements This role involves hands-on mechanical work in a shop environment. The employee must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation. These functions may include: Safely and repeatedly lifting components weighing up to 115 pounds without assistance Safely lifting, carrying, and lowering components weighing up to 65 pounds without assistance Frequent pushing, pulling, and carrying of heavy materials Climbing on and off equipment and working at varying heights Standing, bending, and working in physically demanding positions for extended periods Safely operating tools and equipment Our Ideal Candidate: Possesses basic mechanical knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics systems
