Fresh 馥蕾诗 柜长 武汉梦时代 Published on 08.12.2025 Fresh 零售 Reference: TP02500 Add to favorites Open Share Place of employment : 武汉, Chinese Mainland Contrat type : 店铺职位 Work mode : 全职 Salary : To be negotiated Apply POSITION Position 工作职责 销售管理 管理商场柜台或店铺的销售工作，促进团队协作以达到店铺销售目标 正确执行当月的市场活动 收集商场及竞争对手的活动资料定期反馈给主管客户服务 客户服务 积极主动提供客户咨询服务 做好售后服务，主动、及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息 积极维护品牌形象 处理客户异议的能力 店铺日常运营 监督并确保店铺日常库存盘点数据准确无误 正确执行柜台及店铺陈列及更换 店铺日常运营管理：包括货品管理，柜台及店铺清洁 严格遵守品牌各项运营的要求 确保柜台陈列，货品，销售报表，人员形象，培训及顾客维护工作的执行 培训相关 积极参与员工培训，包括产品知识、服务质量、基本电脑操作等；以达到 柜长所具备的综合素质要求，提高和完成柜台销售业绩 其他 及时传递公司的各项工作要求与内容给柜台人员 遵守公司的政策与相关规定 职位要求 一线化妆品销售经验 5年以上 管理并领导团队完成的销售任务的经验3年以上 百万店铺管理经验 良好的解决问题的能力 较高的奢侈品敏感度 肤质好，容貌端庄，形象气质佳，五官端正，无纹身。 为顾客提供专业的护肤知识和理念、帮助顾客掌握必要的肌肤护理常识 性格外向，亲和力强，较强的计算机技能-使用计算机并懂得运用excel、word，回复邮件等等 FRESH MAISON The most inspiring skincare brand, fresh harnesses nature’s potency from around the world to awaken senses and transform skin.
