This critical role is central to our commitment to delivering packages safely, efficiently, and reliably through our advanced drone fleet. The Flight Monitor will be responsible for real-time monitoring of drone flights, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Key job responsibilities • Continuously monitor the status of all active drone flights within the assigned region, utilizing our state-of-the-art monitoring systems

• Identify and respond to any deviations from planned flight paths or operational parameters. • Ensure all drone flights comply with regulatory requirements and company safety policies. • Coordinate effectively with the relevant teams to implement immediate response strategies to mitigate risks and resolve situations

• Prepare and submit detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and anomalies. Provide feedback and insights to support continuous op
